The Kalaweit organization has been fighting for the preservation of biodiversity in Indonesia since 1998. In Borneo and Sumatra, it rescues gibbons and other animals from wildlife trafficking and helps local communities to protect their forests. Palm oil is the main threat to the Indonesian forests.

Kalaweit presents the film "Sauvages"!

After the animated film "My Life as a Zucchini," here is "Sauvages" directed by Claude Barras. In Borneo, Kéria, a little girl, takes in an orphaned orangutan whose mother was killed by employees of a palm oil company. Kalaweit is a partner in the impact campaign to encourage action by helping us save the Oshi forest.
