Amel is a female gibbon of species Hylobates Muelleri, one of gibbon species who can be found in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
The estimation of her birth year : 2017.
Amel was saved in June, 29 2022 in Muara Teweh, Central Kalimantan.
Like many others wild animal, Amel has lived as a pet with human for 5 years.
Now with Kalaweit Amel live with others gibbons.
